National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy i.e. NIPUN Bharat program has been started. Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank launched it in a virtual way on Monday. On this occasion, the Education Minister launched a short video on Nipun Bharat and guidelines related to it.
